That would make it easier to get what emulators you need, if you were to build a PC. This other website lists a ton of the platforms that are available to emulate, and it also shows a break down of the different emulators for each system. This website shows what systems are available for the MiSTeR. I think a PC would probably be your best bet, since it's more flexible in terms of platforms that it can emulate, and it will be powerful enough (I've never emulated Xbox 360 stuff, so I have no idea how good or bad it is). I've heard modded Switches work well, but I have no experience with it. It's possible that there are modded consoles options that would salsify your needs. I tend to think of them as a good budget option, but usually lacking compared to PC. The modded consoles & Android devices are often a bit clunky for my tastes (I have a Raspberry Pi 3, and while I enjoyed it, it felt fairly limited in how much it could emulate). There are also USB adapters which claim to decrease input lag, but I haven't tried them (Raphnet adapters). ![]() Input lag/latency can some times be an issue compared to the MiSTeR or the original hardware, but getting a monitor with a low response time can help. I currently use LaunchBox to manage my collection, and then set up various emulators for each system. If you're looking for flexibility & power, it's probably your best bet. These emulators are applications that simulate the WIIU hardware, allowing you to play classic games like 1001 Spikes on your computer or Android or iOS mobile. PC is how I currently emulate, and I think it's a fine choice. For instance, if there's a specific arcade game you'd want to play, you'd have to hope someone made something to play it. ![]() The downside is that it's much more limited in terms of the power of the systems it can replicate (which means no XBOX 360), but it's also dependent on someone working on the system/game. You can also hook it up to both a CRT & a modern HDMI TV (if you set it up that way). Don't know if you're familiar with it, but it's basically programable hardware so that it functions really closely to the original hardware (as opposed to software emulation). Personally, I think the MiSTeR FPGA system might be the ideal combination of replicating the original experience while still having modern features.
